Hotel costs will be paid directly by NWACC for up to three nights (arriving on Sept 28 and departing on Oct 1). If you request hotel accommodations at registration, your reservation will be made for you and you will receive your confirmation number via email.

If you have questions about your registration or need to make a change, contact Molly; please do not contact the hotel directly. Attendees will need to present a credit card at check-in to cover incidental costs.

Travel, Transportation, and Parking

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. NWACC will reimburse travel expenses for one attendee from each institution. Reimbursement requests should be submitted within 21 days of the event and require receipts.

The MAX light rail provides service from the airport and the Amtrak Station to the hotel. Tickets can be purchased at the airport MAX ticket kiosk (NWACC will reimburse you for the expense). The Red Line (direct from the airport) stops 4 blocks from the hotel. If you prefer, you can transfer to the Yellow or Green line at the Rose Quarter Transit Center. These lines stop at SW 5th and Oak St, directly by the hotel.

Hotel parking for overnight guests is valet-only and will be billed directly to NWACC. Participants driving in each day should park at the Smart Park garage at SW 3rd and SW Alder St.

Food Service

Breakfast, snacks, and lunch will be provided, as well as a reception with drinks and hors d'oeuvres on Sept 29. Dietary preferences or restrictions may be noted on the registration form.
