Agenda: Download the agenda here.

Registration: Registration is closed. If you have questions about attendance, please email Molly at molly@nwacc.org.

Location and Lodging: The workshop will be held at DoubleTree Hotel Lloyd Center, centrally located near downtown Portland. Hotel costs will be paid directly by NWACC for up to three nights (arriving on Oct 10 and departing on Oct 13). If you request hotel accommodations at registration, your reservation will be made for you and you will receive your confirmation number via email.

If you have questions about your registration or need to make a change, contact Molly at molly@nwacc.org; please do not contact the hotel directly. Attendees will need to present a credit card at check-in to cover incidental costs.

Travel, Transportation, and Parking: Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. NWACC will reimburse travel expenses for all attendees. Reimbursement requests should be submitted within 21 days of the event and require receipts.

The MAX light rail red line runs directly between the Portland airport and the hotel. Tickets are $2.35 and can be purchased at the airport MAX ticket kiosk (NWACC will reimburse you for the expense). Simply board the City Center-bound red line train at the airport (it's the only one), and deboard at the Lloyd Center/NE 11th Ave stop. The hotel is adjacent to the MAX stop. The light rail also connects the hotel to downtown Portland; light rail and street car rides are free between downtown and the Lloyd Center stop.

Overnight and day parking in the hotel garage is free for our group. Hotel guests will receive a room key coded to the parking garage. Day use attendees should bring their parking garage ticket to the meeting facility to be validated.

Food Service: Breakfast, snacks, and lunch will be provided. Dietary preferences or restrictions may be noted on the web registration form.

Questions: Please email Molly at molly@nwacc.org or call 503-498-8935 if you have questions.
