Seats are guaranteed for 2 participants from each NWACC member institution. Unclaimed seats will be assigned from the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis.
In conjunction with the 2018 Cybersecurity Workshop, NWACC is hosting a REN-ISAC workshop on October 9. This workshop is free for NWACC members. Participants must register for the REN-ISAC workshop separately.

Location and Lodging

Hotel room and tax will be paid directly by NWACC for up to three nights (arriving on October 8 and departing on October 11). If you request hotel accommodations at registration, your reservation will be made for you and you will receive a confirmation number via email.
If you have questions about your registration or need to make a change, contact Molly. Attendees will need to present a credit card at check-in to cover incidental costs.
Travel, Transportation, and Parking
Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. NWACC will reimburse travel expenses for all attendees. Reimbursement requests must be submitted within 21 days of the event and require receipts.
The MAX light rail provides service from the airport and the Amtrak Station to the hotel. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket kiosk at each MAX stop (NWACC will reimburse you for the expense). The Red Line (direct from the airport) stops 4 blocks from the hotel.
Hotel parking for overnight guests is valet-only and will be billed directly to NWACC. Participants driving in each day should park at the Smart Park garage at SW 3rd and SW Alder St.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided, as well as a reception on October 10. Dietary preferences or restrictions may be noted on the registration form.
