NWACC will cover room charges for the nights of November 27, 28 and 29. Attendees staying for additional nights will be responsible for those charges. The resort has extended our group room rate of $220.18 ($194 room charge + $26.18 resort fee) for 3 nights before and 3 nights after the conference.

Hotel reservations for all attendees will be made by and billed directly to NWACC. Attendees will need to provide a credit card at check-in to guarantee payment for any incidental charges (phone, in-room bar, etc). If your reservation has been made, you should have received a confirmation number via email.

Travel, Directions and Reimbursement

NWACC will reimburse attendees for travel expenses. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. We recommend that you make your flight arrangements as early as possible. Feel free to submit a reimbursement request for your airfare when you incur the charges, and a second request for additional expenses after the conference.

Turtle Bay Resort is located 37 miles (about a 60-minute drive) from the Honolulu airport. You may rent a car or take a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back. If you would like shuttle service, please sign up here. After your shuttle reservation is made, Molly will contact you with the details.
