Hotel reservations for NWACC Board members and speakers will be made by — and billed directly to — NWACC. Board members and speakers will need to provide a credit card at check-in to guarantee payment for any incidental charges (phone, in-room bar, etc).

Travel Reimbursements
NWACC will provide reimbursement to all NWACC Board members for travel expenses to and from the meeting as well as for two nights hotel lodging and taxes. Attendees who are not NWACC Board members will be responsible for their own lodging and travel costs.
