NWACC Board Members


Board Members are automatically registered for the conference unless they indicate that they are unable to attend. Board members who do not attend the conference can assign their seat to someone else from their institution. (Surrogates may not be sent to the Board meeting, however.)

Board members should contact the NWACC Secretary, Molly Thurston Parker (parkerm@reed.edu or 503-777-7254) to indicate how many nights they will be staying and when  they will be arriving and departing. Molly will reserve Board Members' rooms.

NWACC will pay directly for two nights' lodging, taxes and parking for Board Members. Board members will be required to provide a credit card at check-in and will be responsible for incidentals such as phone, laundry, in-room bar, etc. Other travel expenses such as airfare, taxi, etc. for Board Members will be reimbursed upon receipt  of reimbursement requests.
