Board Members
Board Members are automatically registered for the conference unless they indicate that they are unable to attend. Board members should contact the NWACC Secretary, Hana Levay (levayh@reed.edu or 503-777-7254) to indicate how many nights they will be staying and when they will be arriving and departing. Hana will reserve Board Members' rooms.
NWACC will pay directly for two nights' lodging, taxes and valet parking for Board Members. Board members will be required to provide a credit card at check-in and will be responsible for incidentals such as phone, laundry, in-room bar, etc. Other travel expenses such as airfare, taxi, etc. for Board Members will be reimbursed upon receipt of reimbursement requests.
