NWACC announces the winners of the 2008 Hugi Excellence Awards: Central Washington University, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, and Reed College

The recipient of the Outstanding Project Award is Dr. Gregory Möller, Professor of Environmental Chemistry and Toxicology, University of Idaho, for his 2007 Proof of Concept grant project, 3-D Avatar-Based, Virtual World Learning in a Second Life Educational Metaverse.
